You will study:

·        The history of the Dakini and Tantra and how it has evolved over the ages into its present day understanding and usage.

·        Tantra meditations and how breath and intention focus one into their center.

·        Chakras - How our Energetic Centers influence the movement of our energy, and the importance of establishing a relationship with your chakras and body through daily practices of meditation, yoga, chanting and more.

·        Pranayama and Kundalini Energy

·        Yantras – Geometric shapes which affect and produce thought waves which influence the movement of energy for healing.

·        Mantras – The corresponding sounds for each of the chakras and how the sound is used for healing.

·        Sacred Spot Massage for men and women – How this ancient practice can be used for healing. There will be opportunity to practice this sacred ritual.

·        Honoring of women and men through many nurturing techniques.

·        How to evaluate clients’ needs and determine what to offer them in the session.

·        Planning, setting up and performing private sessions.
